The District has proposed no increases in your rates for 2025.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the assessment roll for the assessment of lands within the Upper Columbia Irrigation District for the year 2025 has been prepared and delivered to the Board of Directors and that said Board of Directors will meet at the office of the District at 3300 8th Street SE, East Wenatchee, Washington on the 12th day of November, 2024 at 9:00 A.M. for the purpose of acting as a Board of Equalization to equalize assessments. Any person interested in the equalization of assessments may appear at said time and place to be heard.

Board Meetings are open to the public and held on the second Tuesday of each month at 9:00am at the District Office.

The District is only responsible for maintenance of the irrigation facilities and for water deliveries up to the District's meters. All irrigation lines after the meter are the responsibility of the owners of the properties served, and it is your responsibility to ensure your private system is properly maintained and your valves are off prior to the start of the irrigation season. We encourage you to inspect your system prior to March 1st every year to avoid potential damage to your property from broken pipes or open valves when water is turned on mid-March. The District will bill a $100 callout fee if we respond onsite to private irrigation system issues after hours.
